The present invention relates to a transparent display, with transmittance of the display improved as the formation method is altered, and a manufacturing method therefor. A manufacturing method for the transparent display of the present invention comprises steps of: forming resistant metal on a substrate for sublimation; forming an organic substance layer on the resistant metal; forming a metal layer on the organic substance layer; arranging the substrate for sublimation and a substrate for accommodation in line; and applying a voltage on the resistant metal, Joule heating and transferring the organic substance layer and metal layer onto the substrate for accommodation.
