The present invention relates to a word learning training system which automatically manages a learning training schedule based on the importance, the frequency, and the complexity of learning subject words. The word learning training system according to the present invention comprises: a word database in which a word learning subject, an importance element standard value, a frequency element standard value, and a word complexity standard value for a plurality of words are stored; a user database in which student learning levels, an importance element weight value, a frequency element weight value, and a word complexity weight value for a plurality of students are stored; a training schedule unit for calculating an total element value rendered by adding up a value of multiplying the word complexity weight value and the word complexity standard value, a value of multiplying the frequency element weight value and the word complexity standard value, and a value of the importance element standard value and the importance element weight value for words corresponding the student learning levels, and producing a student word learning schedule on the basis of the total element value; and a word learning unit which allows a word learning to be prosecuted according to the student word learning schedule calculated in the training schedule unit.
