The present invention relates to a voltage sag protector having a reverse current preventing function which is configured to turn off an SCR switch which configures a power supply blocking switch by setting output voltage of the voltage sag protector higher or lower than input voltage of exterior power supply within the allowance range of rated voltage at load side for the time directly after blocking a gate signal for turning off SCR switch which is configured by a controller at a voltage sag until the SCR switch is turned off, that is, during SCR Turn On Time, in order to supply required alternative power to load side. According to the present invention, conventional problems incurring a voltage sag or power deficiency at load side according to the occurrence of reverse current of alternative power output by a voltage protector to supply power toward load side flowing toward exterior power supply can be resolved since the SCR switch may be turned off directly after when the controller of the voltage sag protector blocks a gate signal of SCR switch which configures power blocking switch. |
