The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for supplying amine to an amine regenerator wherein the apparatus for supplying amine to the amine regenerator comprises a level controller which compares a current level of amine with a target amine and accordingly displays a first output value to check in to increase an amount of amine flow in an amine line connected to the amine regenerator from the amine storage tank; a pressure difference controller which compares the difference of the pressure between the front end and the back end with a permissible pressure on a filter and accordingly displays a second output value to check in to increase an amount of amine flow in the amine line; and a flow controller which uses the first output value and the second output value and accordingly controls flow amount in the amine line wherein the target level means the level of amine is maintained in the amine regenerator, and the filter is installed on the front of the amine regenerator to remove impurities of amine passing through the amine regenerator.
