The present invention provides a crash-resistant structure, including a beam element impacted by a crash in case of an automobile crash and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes a step of placing a layer of fiber having a length of 100 mm or more, and a step of mixing necessary components to form a thermoplastic resin. The elements comprise a reactive monomer which forms the mixture of liquid precursor of thermoplastic resin. The method includes a step of impregnating the at least one layer of fiber with the mixture of liquid precursor, and a step of forming the beam element by in-situ polymerization reaction of a mixture of liquid precursor impregnated into the at least one layer of fiber. |
