PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust sensitivity of a magnetic field sensor including a magnetic field sensing element supported by a substrate.SOLUTION: Magnetic field sensors have: a first magnetic field sensing element 280; a feedback circuit; a gain adjustment node receiving a gain adjustment signal; and a gain adjustment circuit 276. The feedback circuit comprises: a current conductor 252; a first current generation circuit 246 that has a first current signal 250 generated; a second magnetic field sensing element 254 that gets close to the current conductor 252 to respond to a second magnetic field; and a gain computation circuit 242 that is coupled to the second magnetic field sensing element, generates an amplitude signal 270 in response to the second magnetic field, and further includes a sample/hold circuit 272 sampling and holding the amplitude signal for generating the gain adjustment signal 274 responding to a first prescribed state of an enable signal 248. |
