PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion analysis method for making the timing when analysis data has been switched to be positive/negative or good/bad with respect to a threshold easy to understand.SOLUTION: A motion analysis method includes: a step of calculating, in time series, position information on at least one of an exercise tool and a subject in swing action, by using output of an inertial sensor 12; a step of calculating, in time series, analysis information on the swing action by using the output of an inertial sensor 12; a step of acquiring timing when the analysis information calculated in series switches with respect to a set threshold; and a step of displaying information on the timing with the position information along the time series. |
