PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience of a user who uses electronic contract service and electronic credit service.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: electronic contract service providing means which executes series of processing concerning an electronic contract between a company and a client company via a network; and electronic credit service providing means which manages electronic credit information concerning credit and debt. The electronic contract service providing means records credit and debt information generated by the electronic contract in a record area. The electronic credit service providing means generates the electronic credit information on the basis of the credit and debt information recorded by the electronic contract service providing means.
