[Problem] To provide a power supplying device capable of efficiently supplying power through a DC power line when an abnormality occurs in an external power supply. [Solution] Provided is a power supplying device comprising: a receiving unit for receiving, from another device, a request for power supply through a DC bus line through which DC power flows; a power determination unit for, based on the request for power supply, determining whether it is possible to supply power or not; and a power control unit for performing control so that, when the power determination unit determines that it is possible to supply the power, the presence or absence of a control right is determined and if the control right is absent, the control right is acquired and the another device is notified of the acquisition of the control right. |
