PREPARATION OF CORROSION-PROTECTIVE COPPER PASTE THROUGH SINGLE PROCESS AND APPLICATION THEREOF TO DIPOLE TAG ANTENNA

The present invention relates to a preparation of a corrosion-protective copper paste through a single process and an application thereof to a dipole tag antenna. The present invention provides a method comprising: etching a surface of a copper powder with hydrochloric acid under inert gas atmosphere; adding an aqueous phosphoric acid solution to form a copper phosphate on the surface of the etched copper powder; introducing a vinyl imidazole-silane copolymer and polystyrene sulfonate to form a corrosion-protective coating layer on the surface of the copper powder with the copper phosphate; and using a centrifuge and an agate mortar to prepare a copper paste with high viscosity and excellent dispersibility. When a copper paste thin film is formed on a flexible film using screen printing, the copper paste thin film has high-efficiency dipole tag antenna characteristics.
