A battery control unit (466) extracts, as a reference storage battery, a storage battery having a minimum voltage from among a plurality of storage batteries. The battery control unit (466) acquires the voltage of the reference storage battery as a reference voltage, and acquires a state of health (SOH) of the reference storage battery as a reference (SOHs). On the basis of the magnitude relationship with the reference (SOHs) and a voltage difference with respect to the reference voltage, the battery control unit (466) specifies, from among the storage batteries, a storage battery to be discharged by means of the equalizing unit (450). The battery control unit (466) discharges, by means of the equalizing unit (450), the specified storage battery and executes equalization. |
