[Solution] An electromagnetic-wave-absorbing heat dissipation sheet characterized by being provided with at least one metal layer, at least one graphite layer comprising a graphite sheet, and an electromagnetic-wave-absorbing layer including at least one layer of an electromagnetic-wave-absorbing material, the graphite layer and the other layers being bonded using an adhesive layer formed from a composition containing a polyvinyl acetal resin.
