摘要 The present invention relates to a thermally conductive polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The thermally conductive polymer composite material includes: a curable polymer resin, curing agent, anisotropic filler, and magnetic particles. The anisotropic filler is arranged in the flow direction of the curable polymer resin by applying magnetic force. The arranged anisotropic filler is cured to fix the arranged anisotropic filler and form a heat transfer path between the fixed parts of the arranged anisotropic filler in the arrangement. According to the present invention, a dispersion liquid is prepared by simply mixing the anisotropic filler and magnetic particles in the curable polymer resin. The magnetic field is applied on the prepared dispersion liquid to induce the arrangement of the anisotropic filler according to the flow of the curable polymer resin to effectively obtain the heat transfer path and prepare the composite material having excellent heat conductivity. The present invention can prepare the thermally conductive composite material by using a simple method without complex processes including the steps of absorbing the magnetic particles in the filler or coating the magnetic particles thereon. The present invention can arrange the anisotropic filler with very weak magnetic field compared to a conventional technology.
