PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive apparatus for forming a noodle and putting the noodle into a container, which enables a noodle line group to be slitted and put into the container in such a manner that the noodle line group with each thick noodle has a good texture and a good appearance.SOLUTION: A noodle slitter 2 is provided with a cutter 24 that slits and splits a noodle line group 10a in each of two areas divided in a width direction of a noodle belt 10 and that delays the arrival of each of the split noodle line groups 10a at a bagging machine 4 in sequence on a predetermined-time-by-predetermined-time basis.
