<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a thermoplastic resin foam excellent in dimensional stability and high in appearance characteristics, a thermoplastic resin foam and a multi-layer tube using the thermoplastic resin foam.SOLUTION: A method of producing a thermoplastic resin foam comprises extruding continuously a thermoplastic resin composition containing a foaming agent consisting of a thermally expandable capsule 225 in an extrusion foaming step and allowing to foam so as to form a second layer 220. In an outer skin formation step, a coating layer 230 is formed outside while regulating the outer diameter in the extrusion foaming step. In an inner skin formation step, a first layer 210 is formed while regulating the inner diameter in the extrusion foaming step.</p> |
