The disclosure describes nanocarried and/or microcarried jasmonate compounds and their pharmaceutical compositions, as well as use thereof for treating or preventing angiogenesis-related or NF-κB-related disorders. Also disclosed are methods of making the nanocarried and/or microcarried compounds and their compositions.

1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent and a plurality of nanocarriers or microcarriers that contain a jasmonate compound, wherein
the nanocarriers or microcarriers are formed of a cyclodextrin or a dendrimer, or are synthetic nanoemulsion particles (LDEs) comprising a cholesteryl ester core surrounded by a phospholipid layer; the nanocarriers have a size ranging from 1 nanometer (nm) to 900 nm; or the microcarriers have a size ranging from 1 micron to 50 micron; and the pharmaceutical composition has a concentration of the jasmonate compound ranging from 1 nM to 1 M.
