This endoscope imaging device is provided with an objective optical system (2) that forms two subject images in parallel, and an imaging element (4) that has a plurality of MLs arrayed at the entrance side from the objective optical system and in which a pixel is allocated to each ML, the centers of the respective photosensitive sections of the pixels are displaced in a manner so as to become gradually larger at the peripheral section from the center of the imaging element with respect to the ML optical axis, the exit pupil position of the objective optical system is at the object side of the image formation position of the objective optical system, and the endoscope imaging device satisfies conditional formula (1): 0.5 ≤ (θH-θD)/α ≤ 3 (1) (where α is the angle formed by the optical axis of the primary light beam at the height of the greatest image in the horizontal direction, θH is the primary light beam correction amount (angle) of the ML corresponding to the position of the greatest height (H) in the horizontal direction from the center of the imaging element, and θD is the primary light beam correction amount (angle) of the ML on the distance (D) from the center of the imaging element.
