[Problem] To provide a tire for a rough-terrain motorcycle, the tire having both satisfactory impact absorption characteristics and satisfactory driving stability. [Solution] This tire (2) is provided with a pair of rubber reinforcement layers (14) which are located on the inside of the carcass (10) at positions respectively located near the ends of the tread surface (16). The profile of the tread surface (16) is formed by a radially outwardly protruding circular arc (C1) located at the center and by a pair of radially outwardly protruding circular arcs (C2) respectively located on the outside axially of the circular arc (C1). The circular arc (C1) is in contact with the circular arcs (C2). The curvature radius (R1) of the circular arc (C1) is smaller than the curvature radius (R2) of the circular arcs (C2). In the radial direction, the outer ends (40) of the rubber reinforcement layers (14) are located on the outside of the ends (TE) of the tread surface (16). In the radial direction, the inner ends (42) of the rubber reinforcement layers (14) are located on the inside of the ends (TE) of the tread surface (16). The rubber reinforcement layers (14) are not located on the equatorial plane. |
