A cutting tool includes a substrate with a free edge. First and second teeth are mounted to the free edge adjacent to one another in a nested arrangement. In some examples, the first and/or second tooth includes a first side having one of a nesting surface configured to be received by a notch of an adjacent tooth and a notch configured to receive a nesting surface of an adjacent tooth.
