Disclosed is a digital RF power amplifier device using a digital bias circuit. The RF power amplifier device using the digital bias circuit includes a plurality of unit power amplifiers which receive an LO input signal and provide the amplified RF output signal and a digital control bias generator which is connected to the unit power amplifier and controls the amplitude of the range of the RF output signal.
