The present invention relates to a thermoplastic polyetherester elastomer composition. The thermoplastic polyetherester elastomer composition includes: a base resin comprising a low hardness polyetherester block copolymer having the shore hardness equal to or lower than 47D, high hardness polyetherester block copolymer having the shore hardness equal to or higher than 57D, and polybutylene terephthalate; and a polyolefin copolymer resin which includes an epoxy group. The TDR value of the thermoplastic polyetherester elastomer composition is higher than 0.95. The present invention applies a TPEE material which has the low-temperature impact performance enhanced by introducing the branched base polymer obtained through a copolymerization process initialed by introducing trifunctional or larger reactive alcohol during the polymerization process of the polyester elastomer. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the apparent molecular weight and disperse the transmitted shock waves, thereby simplifying a vehicle airbag cover structure and increasing the degree of freedom regarding the designs thereof. In addition, the TDR value is a ratio of the peak tangent delta value measured with DTMA under the conditions having the strain load of 1%, dynamic load of 0.1%, contact force of 2.5N, and frequency of 10Hz and the tangent delta values measured in the range of ± 5 °C from the temperature of the peak value.
