Disclosed are a moving walk having a non slip function with coated stainless steel capable of preventing a safety accident by the slip in the event of rain by forming a coating layer wherein an anti-slip technology is applied on the surface of a footboard and a manufacturing method thereof. For this, the prevent invention provides the non slip function with the coated stainless steel including a coating layer wherein the melted stainless steel is evaporated and formed on the surface of the footboard. Moreover, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of the non slip function with the coated stainless steel comprising; a metalizing device arrangement step of arranging a metalizing device from the footboard of the moving walk separately; a melt producing step of producing a stainless steel melt; and a melt metalizing step of forming a coating layer of the footboard by metalizing the melt to the footboard through the metalizing device. According to the present invention, the slip can be prevented eminently in the event of rain because of a high slip coefficient. Moreover, a change period of a footboard is increased by having excellent durability and corrosion resistance. |
