The present invention relates to an automatic supply apparatus of a tube for a semiconductor package. More specifically, a hollow tube to package a semiconductor package is automatically conveyed and accurately is supplied by a large quantity to a place where the semiconductor package is inputted through position correction. Therefore, productivity is constantly maintained without the skill of a worker to efficiently improve manufacturing efficiency. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a case (100) having an inner space; a tube tank (200) coupled to one side of the case (100) and where the hollow tube (10) stacked by a belt conveying method is hung one by one to be continuously conveyed in the vertical direction to be supplied; and a conveyor (300) continuously conveying the hollow tube (10), which is conveyed in the vertical direction, in the horizontal direction. |
