<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for part alignment which reduces wrong arrangement of two chip parts in one part storage hole and enable production of a pallet for part alignment in a reduced processing time.SOLUTION: A part storage hole 5 includes a first hole 5a having a first radius R1 and a second hole 5b having a second radius R2, and the first hole 5a and the second hole 5b are formed so as to be superimposed partially with each other. A chip part 10 has a rectangular shape. With the thickness, the width, the length and the magnitude of the diagonal line of the surface formed by sides in the thickness and width directions of the chip part 10 taken as T, W, L and X, respectively, meeting condition T≤W≤L, the first radius R1 and the second radius R2 are smaller than X, and distance r between opposite inner wall surfaces in the boundary between the inner wall surface of the first hole 5a forming the inner wall surface of the part storage hole 5 and the inner wall surface of the second hole 5b is equal to or smaller than 2T.</p> |
