A projecting rib (20) for restricting the flow of polluted water is formed on the front end top face (3a) of the rim portion so as to extend along the outer peripheral edge thereof, and the projecting rib is provided so as to be positioned further to the exterior side than the front side peripheral edge of the toilet seat when the toilet seat is closed.
