A method for a device of a mobile communication system transmitting and receiving a signal according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps of: receiving from a base station a first message including one or more of synchronisation information and resource allocation information; transmitting to another device a second message including the received synchronisation information and resource allocation information; and receiving from the other device a third message for a random access based on the synchronisation information and the resource allocation information. According to an embodiment of the present specification, a device that cannot directly acquire synchronisation can acquire synchronisation from a base station through another device, and can receive authentication and security information, and can thereby perform reliable D2D communication. In addition, D2D related information is transmitted and received between devices using limited resources, and thereby communication efficiency can be improved.
