The present invention relates to a device to manufacture a solid clad plate and, more specifically, relates to a device to manufacture a solid clad plate which supplies metal sheets at constant tension in an unwinding motion of the metal sheets by having tension adjustment units arranged on one side of the manufacturing device to adjust the tension of the metal sheets; thereby obtaining firm and constant bonding to improve quality. The device to manufacture a solid clad plate comprises: a pair of first rollers positioned under a melting furnace to form a clad plate by rolling molten metal discharged from the melting furnace and the solid metal sheets, and second rollers positioned on both sides of the first rollers to wind the different metal sheets supplied to be integrated with the molten metal. The present invention additionally comprises: a gap adjustment unit to adjust a gap between the first rollers to adjust a thickness of the molten metal supplied to one side of the first rollers; and tension adjustment units arranged on one side of the second rollers having a support pad formed by coating a metal surface with synthetic resin or rubber to control the tension of the wound metal sheets, to prevent the generation of scratches, and to form a frictional force.
