The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus plantarum KCC-10 (KACC91785P) strain and to a composition using the same. Specifically, provided are various antibacterial compositions using antibacterial activity of Lactobacillus plantarum KCC-10, and especially a microorganism additive for manufacturing silage is provided. A plant silage manufactured by using the strain of the present invention can improve a digestion rate of livestock, has excellent antibacterial effect, and has improved flavor to increase preference, thereby increasing livestock quality.
