PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable vital data measured by a new measuring instrument to be easily registered.SOLUTION: A relay device 2 includes: a data request means 201 which requests first vital data measured by a measuring instrument already registered in a server 1 and second vital data measured by a new measuring instrument when receiving a pairing request from the new measuring instrument; and a data relay means 202 which relays the first vital data and the second vital data together to the server 1. The server 1 includes: a user identification means 101 which identifies a user on the basis of instrument information corresponding the first vital data; and a data registration means 102 which associates instrument information corresponding the second vital data with the information on the user identified by user identification means, and registers the instrument information corresponding the second vital data. |
