<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication data relay system in which the generation timing of internal clock, to be generated based on a synchronous clock from a master unit, can be matched among a plurality of slave units. <P>SOLUTION: A slave unit comprises: an external supply clock generation unit which generates an external supply clock of the same phase as an internal clock and supplies it to other slave unit, and a setting unit which sets a direction to operate as a slave unit. So long as the setting unit is setting that direction, an internal clock generation unit generates an internal clock by dividing the frequency of a master clock in synchronism with the external supply clock. Alternatively, a master unit may be configured to generate a phase adjustment packet in synchronism with the master clock, and to send the phase adjustment packets duplicated to respective slave unit simultaneously, and the slave unit may be configured to adjust the phase of the internal clock according to the reception timing of the phase adjustment packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
