<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a counter service relating to a national pension. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 10 makes a counter terminal 20 display a menu screen on which when the pension record of an applicant is not searched, or when the national pension qualification of the applicant has been lost by a processing date, the acquisition menu of the national pension qualification is validated, and the other menus are invalidated. On the other hand, the server device 10 makes the counter terminal 20 display the following menu screen when the national pension qualification of the applicant has been acquired by the processing date.
