摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method of accurately measuring rate of reduction of chrome in a process of reducing trivalent chrome to divalent chrome. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement method features measurement of absorbance at a wavelength of 400 nm to 450 nm before and after reduction treatment or oxidation treatment for a sample liquid including chrome, and measurement of a change in valence of chrome based on, for example, a ratio of absorbance V1 before treatment to absorbance V2 after treatment.
