<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material having printing information that is concealed from the exterior side of packaging bag to be visually unrecognizable and that can be visually recognized only from the interior side. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging material includes a base material film layer, an intermediate layer, and a heat-adhesive resin layer that are laminated in decreasing order. A concealing ink layer is formed on a surface of the base material film layer that is closer to the intermediate layer to form a concealed area. A pattern printing layer is formed successively. A printing information layer is formed on a surface of the intermediate layer that is closer to the heat-adhesive resin layer in such a way that the printing information layer is created by an inkjet method to be within the concealing area. A camouflage layer is formed between the pattern printing layer and the intermediate layer, where the camouflage layer makes impossible visual recognizing printing information on the printing information layer from the base film layer side.
