<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow measurement system capable of estimating a deviated flow in all directions inside a pipeline when measuring the flow and capable of accurately measuring the flow.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flow measurement system includes: a first ultrasonic sensor group including two or more pair of ultrasonic sensors disposed opposite to a flow passage inside the pipeline; and a second ultrasonic sensor group including two or more pairs of the ultrasonic sensors disposed opposite to the flow passage so as to three-dimensionally intersect the first ultrasonic sensor group, and measures the flow by making many measurement lines three-dimensionally intersect inside the pipeline. As a result, a fluid central part of a fluid body is determined and a flow passing through the pipeline adapted to the fluid central part can be calculated, thereby allowing the flow to be measured with higher accuracy as compared with the existing system.</p> |
