A physical quantity measurement sensor includes: a ceramic package (3B) including a plate (31) provided with a flow port (31 A) through which a fluid to be measured flows; an electronic component (4) including a sensing element (41) housed in the package (3B) to detect the pressure of the fluid to be measured having flown through the flow port (31A); a terminal (5) provided on an exterior of the package (3B); a lid (6B) attached to a wall (32) of the package (3B); and a metal attachment piece (7) used to attach the package (3B) to the mount member (2), the attachment piece (7) being engaged with the mount member (2) while holding the package (3B).
