<p>The device (10) has a drive body (15) connected with a drive shaft (18) of a drive (13) such that the drive body is rotated about a rotation axis (A). A guide body (16) is supported at a support arm (20) on an axle element (21) such that the guide body is rotated around another rotational axis (B). A coupling element (17) is formed as a format part such that length of the coupling element is adjusted according to a format to be cut, so that tube wheels (14) with different geometries exhibit a constant distance between the former axis and a continuously delivered strand (11) to be cut. An independent claim is also included for a tube wheel set for feeding and holding continuously delivered strand of strand-like articles during a cutting process in a tobacco processing industry.</p> |
