The present invention provides a combustor tail pipe capable of enduring conditions with a more severe thermal environment. This combustor tail pipe (20) has a tube-shaped barrel body (21), a tube-shaped outlet barrel (32) which is joined to the downstream end of the barrel body and which forms a barrel (B) in cooperation with the barrel body, and an inner flange (36) which extends from the downstream end of the outlet barrel toward the outer peripheral side of the outlet barrel. The outlet barrel (32) and the inner flange (36) are formed as an integrated member. The outlet barrel (32) has formed therein a groove (35) provided on the upstream side of the inner flange at a position along the inner flange, and the groove (35) is recessed from the outer peripheral side to the inner peripheral side and extends in the circumferential direction. The outlet barrel (32) has also formed therein a cooling fluid path (33) extending along the axis (Ac) of the barrel (B) and open to the groove.
