A terminal is provided, which comprises: a display unit converted from a screen-on state to a screen-off state by input signals from a user or internal signals; and a control unit transmitting a data request generated by any application on a network in a case where a screen-on state conversion is by the user′s input signal when converting from the screen-on state to the screen-off state, and in the other case, transmitting the data request generated by the application to the network according to a distributed time-delay value.
