FREQUENCY SWITCH

A frequency switch is provided to reduce the size of signal moving to a gate, to reduce the voltage difference between source and gate or between drain and gate, to improve linearity in transmission mode, and to enhance the performance of receiver by reducing the number of switch stack on the side of a receiver, by comprising: a common port accessed to an antenna and transmits and receives a first high frequency signal and a second high frequency signal; a transmitting switch unit comprising multiple switch devices serially connected with each other in between a transmitting port that conveys the first high frequency signal and the common port; and a receiving switch unit accessed in between a receiving port that conveys the second high frequency signal and the common port and comprises a first switch unit that has a first switch device, wherein the first switch unit comprises a second switch device, a first end of the second switch device is connected to a first end of the first switch device, and a second end of the second switch device is connected to a control end of the first switch device.
