<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component removal device that facilitates simultaneous removal of a plurality of components mounted on the board surface of a game board in a Pachinko game machine. <P>SOLUTION: The component removal device 1 includes: a jig plate 4 with a plurality of pins 41 protruded corresponding to each position of a plurality of component mounting holes installed in a game board; a game board arrangement unit 5 for arranging the game board to a predetermined component removal position below the jig plate 4; and air cylinders 2 and 2 to elevate the jig plate 4. The device is configured such that each of the pins 41 is inserted into a component mounting hole corresponding to the game board arranged at the component removal position when the jig plate 4 is lowered to a predetermined lowering position by the air cylinders 2 and 2 and pushes out the protrusion inserted into the component mounting hole from the component mounting hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
