The present invention relates to a method for operating a mobile communication terminal for a mobile instant messaging service using a kinetic typography and the mobile communication terminal. According to the present invention, provided is the mobile communication terminal for the instant messaging service which includes: a memory which stores one or more among a proper place motion library, a linear motion library, a curved motion library, and a free motion library; a message screen processing unit which displays one or more motion selection windows, a selection item and a parameter edition item by connecting to each motion template; an input processing unit; and a control unit which controls the processing of the input processing unit, the message screen processing unit, and the memory in response to a touch operation of a user. |
