Disclosed are a diagnosis image device and an operating method thereof. Disclosed is the diagnosis image device comprising; an image processing device which obtains a first image including a first outline showing a heart wall of a heart based on first image data for the heart of a person obtained when stress of a first strength is given to the person, obtains a second image including a second outline showing the heart wall of the heart based on second image data for the heart of the person obtained when stress of a second strength is given to the person, and obtains a third image showing the difference between the first and second outlines based on the first and second images; and a display device which displays the third image. The diagnosis convenience can be provided to a user through the diagnosis image device and a diagnosis speed can be improved.
