The purpose of the present invention is to provide assembling toy blocks which generates sound and light, and provides diverse interests. To this end, a plurality of assembling toy blocks are combined in a form that a user wants on a base plate having a protruding part, and comprise: a rectangular body in which a combination part corresponding to the protruding part is formed on a bottom surface; a pressurization unit combined to move up and down at the center of the body; a speaker located in the body; and an LED formed on an upper end of the pressurization unit. Electric power is generated by reciprocation of the pressurization unit so that the speaker and the LED are operated.
