Provided is a cosmetic composition containing an ultra-thin carbon (UTC) material having a side diameter of 0.1-5 μm, as a plate-shaped material obtained from graphite. The cosmetic composition forms a laminated structure of UTC material when it is coated on the skin, and active components in the cosmetic are placed between UTC material layers. The thin plate laminated structure can not only maintain the active components of the cosmetic composition for a long period of time by keeping the shape of the cosmetic composition coating film, but show excellent properties (skin spreadability, moisturizing, ultraviolet ray blocking, skin activation, etc.) by synergy effects. The UTC properties, structural properties by the UTC content, and the synergy effects can maximize the functions of cosmetics, allowing various new cosmetics satisfying customer needs, including moisturizers, functional cosmetics, UV blocking cream, whitening cosmetics, wrinkle care cosmetics, acne care cosmetics, atopic care cosmetics, and color cosmetics to be supplied to markets. |
