摘要 The present invention provides a kind of food for preventing thrombotic diseases, which contains the following components as the effective ingredients thereof: saccharide obtained as base materials for culture mediums through hydrolyzing amylase; vegetable juice and yeasts as the nitrogen source added into the above base materials to prepare a fermentation culture medium. Bacillus subtilis AK (accession No. FERM P-18291) and zymocyte containing lactic acid bacteria are inoculated on the above culture medium. After fermenting and maturing processes, the obtained liquid ingredient is separated as an effective ingredient.
