<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing ring for a rolling bearing which includes a hardened layer formed over the whole circumference along a rolling surface by high-frequency hardening, and is excellent in durability, and a rolling bearing provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing includes an inner ring 10.
