<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module with improved productivity which allows a connection terminal of an electronic device and a mounting pad of an electronic device mounting member to be mounted in a manner facing each other, and also allows them to be electrically connected to each other. <P>SOLUTION: A module comprises: an electronic device mounting member 110 on one principal surface of which a mounting pad 111 having projections 111a is provided, on the other principal surface of which an external connection terminal G is provided, and on a lateral face of which a flange portion housing space 112 is formed; an electronic device 120 provided with electronic device mounting member connection terminals 121 with which the projections of the mounting pad are in contact; and a lid member 130 which is provided with an electronic device housing space 131, and in which a leg 132 having a flange portion 133 provided on its one end extends from a surface provided with the electronic device housing space.
