<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of power consumption in a charge and discharge test system. <P>SOLUTION: A bidirectional AC-DC converter 11 has an AC side terminal connected to an AC power source and a DC side terminal connected to a DC bus 60. A plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 have one ends connected to the DC bus 60 and the other ends connected to test pieces 31 to 33. A control device 50 controls the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 to control charging and discharging for the plurality of test pieces 31 to 33 by the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23. At that time, the control device 50 controls the plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 21 to 23 according to a charging and discharging pattern of the plurality of test pieces 31 to 33.
