<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail classification device, an electronic mail classification method and an electronic mail classification program for reducing a processing labor for excluding any spam mail, and for reducing the operation labor of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 includes: a rule generation part 11 for generating a classification rule 22 on the basis of mail data 21 received in the past; a white list generation part 13 for generating a white list 23 including the sender information of normal mail; a black list generation part 14 for generating a black list 24 including the sender information of spam mail erroneously determined as normal mail; a determination part 12 for determining whether mail is normal mail or spam mail on the basis of a classification rule 22; a black list verification part 16 for, when the black list 24 matches the sender information, classifying the mail into spam mail; and a white list verification part 15 for, when a white list 23 matches the sender information, classifying mail into normal mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
