A film-type contact plate for mounting a socket and a contact complex comprising the same are provided to simplify the assembly to easily mass-produce; to stably contact a device, which is the subject of a test; to maintain elasticity; to be wear-resistant; and to increase the functional life. The film-type contact plate of the present invention comprises: a film base; and a contact plate in a film form having a top contacting surface which is curved to contact a ball terminal of the device, which is the subject of the test, and a bottom contacting surface which contacts a bottom board.
